One of my favorite handmade Christmas gifts has been a simple but beautiful heating pad. The kind full of rice that you heat in the microwave. This one has a gorgeous case to put the hot bag in, then you slip it in your bed to get your feet warm fast after the slipper to bare feet for sleeping transition.
