bring me back a wall….

This morning, my mother is leaving to go to China for 10 days. She has never left the country, so this is quite an adventure for her. She wanted to call me before she left, but we had been missing each other over the last week. So, this morning, she called….at 6am. She knew she would get me.
While I was on the phone with her, the hubby rolls over in bed and says:
Hubby: “Tell her I want a wall!”
Me: “Joe wants a wall.”
Mom: “A what? A wall?”
Hubby: “Yeah, I hear they have one of those over there.”
Mom: “Oh yeah, I hear it’s great.”
Gotta love it. This one conversation pretty much sums it all up.
Haaa! Who knew that Joe could be so humorous that early in the morning! I’m calling tomorrow!
Nice. Even though I heard the story, it always looks even better written out. You guys are funny when you wake up. Me, not so much.
